After meeting with Wildkart, the Italian makers of Jin Stirrup, more than eight years ago, Jin Stirrup Australia was born. From the very beginning, the focus was on representing a product that was beautifully engineered, technically advanced, individual in the Australian market, and genuinely suited to Australian riders.

Years of riding in Jin Stirrup products — including the JS Anatomic stirrups and JS helmets — proved that commitment. The comfort, balance, stability, and support of the Anatomic footbed is next level. Simply put: once you ride in Jin, it’s hard to imagine riding in anything else.

Over time, Jin Stirrup Australia grew alongside a community of dedicated riders, coaches, ambassadors, and competitors who continue to vouch for the quality, performance, and Italian craftsmanship behind every product. That foundation of trust remains at the heart of the brand today.

A New Chapter

In December 2025, Jin Stirrup Australia entered an exciting new chapter when Emily Hill took over the business.

Emily is no stranger to Jin. She has ridden in Jin Stirrup products for over seven years and was proudly sponsored by JS Australia for five. Her connection to the brand was built in the saddle — through everyday riding, training, and competition — and her belief in the product has never wavered.

“I love all things Jin,” Emily says. “The design, the feel, the performance — I’ve never looked back.”

With a deep appreciation for quality gear, thoughtful engineering, and rider comfort, Emily is passionate about continuing the legacy that Jin Stirrup Australia was built on, while growing the brand for both new and existing Jin riders across Australia.

Jin Stirrup have received a resounding support from eventers such as Erin Callahan and Delwyn Ogilvy, who ride in JS Products- to high level Dressage riders such as Dirk Dijkstra and Kerry Mack and our very own, Tara Campain and Stuart Archibald. Along with the likes of former Olympic rider Amanda Ross, I can tell you it’s an overwhelming thumbs up. These riders are, professionals, are particular, and choose to ride in Jin Stirrup because they love what the gear offers and the product support that comes with it.

"And I can tell you the gear gets photographed all the time when it’s out and about because it stands out, it looks great and works for us, that’s a difference we all want along with our combined performance."

I also know If you’re riding a young horse and need that extra grip and stability JS are the stirrups you can rely on. At DJWTS, I was recently approached by a lovely lady who had traveled from Perth to not only view the horses and competitions on offer but to specifically visit the Jin Stirrup trade stand and re-stock her Stirrup collection as her breakers will ride in nothing else!
