Shipping and Delivery

We have an efficient dispatch and delivery system, which includes Australia Post and Courier Services depending on your location. Online Products normally holds stock of most products. In the event that we are unable to fill your order immediately you will be contacted and notified of the despatch time frame upon product availability. Should the item you have ordered need to be sent via mail system from Italy you will be contacted and advised of approximate delivery time scheduled. You will be advised to allow up to 14 days for your item. We are reliant on the postal system and your patience is appreciated.

Where Courier/Postal Options have been selected and the order has been received with approved and is in stock your order will be dispatched within 24 hours.. Please note, courier services are not available between Christmas and New Year.
A Shipping and Delivery fee will be applied to every parcel paid for and ordered unless you elect a Pick up option. Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours (if stock is available). We are situated in Victoria so no dispatched will be made on public holidays in Victoria

Free Pick-up

Free pick-up is available should you wish to travel to Loch, Victoria or you contact Jin Stirrup- The Official Australian Distributor via email or phone to arrange pick up from a location deemed suitable to both parties, ie/ A trade show appearance by Jin Stirrup- The Australian Distributor with a future date. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time to ensure that we are available to complete your order.

Freight Options

We rely heavily on Australia Post and Freights companies (suitable to the location of the delivery location) to provide our clients with a wide range of competitive shipping methods for all areas of Australia. Cost of freight/postage is a STANDARD cost applied to all parcels.

Our site will provide an indication of shipping days based on the various options available in your area. We rely on outside providers for delivery so delivery days are as indicated by them and are not guaranteed.

Jin Stirrup have received a resounding support from eventers such as Erin Callahan and Delwyn Ogilvy, who ride in JS Products- to high level Dressage riders such as Dirk Dijkstra and Kerry Mack and our very own, Tara Campain and Stuart Archibald. Along with the likes of former Olympic rider Amanda Ross, I can tell you it’s an overwhelming thumbs up. These riders are, professionals, are particular, and choose to ride in Jin Stirrup because they love what the gear offers and the product support that comes with it.

I also know If you’re riding a young horse and need that extra grip and stability JS are the stirrups you can rely on. At DJWTS, I was recently approached by a lovely lady who had traveled from Perth to not only view the horses and competitions on offer but to specifically visit the Jin Stirrup trade stand and re-stock her Stirrup collection as her breakers will ride in nothing else!
